The Infamous Week 15–Peak Marathon Training

This week totals 40 miles of running. It’s the most difficult week of the whole training process. Yikes!

Here are the goals:

Monday: Cross-train
Tuesday: 5
Wednesday: 10
Thursday: 5
Friday: Rest
Saturday: 20 miles
Sunday: Rest!!!

We’ll see how it goes!

My trusty running shoes that have gotten me this far are starting to look a little dirty:
